Yes, we provide virtual / online training. 

No. For all courses booked online, a deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat. You do not have to pay the full course price when booking online.

Any remaining balance must be paid before the end of your course session through one of our accepted payment methods:

• Zelle
• Stripe
• In person at Safety Matters Corp location: 1478 Williamsbridge Rd, Bronx, New York 10461.

Please note that your registration is not considered complete until the required deposit has been received. Any outstanding balance must be paid according to the payment instructions provided by Safety Matters Corp.

Deposits are applied toward your total course fee and secure your seat in the selected class. Because your spot is reserved specifically for you, deposits are generally non-refundable.

If Safety Matters Corp. needs to cancel a class due to an error on our part or is unable to provide the scheduled training, we will work with you to either transfer your registration to another class or issue a refund, when applicable.

If you have any questions before registering, please contact our team, we're happy to help you choose the right course.

Classes are scheduled based on enrollment, instructor availability, and other scheduling requirements. Occasionally, a class may need to be rescheduled or adjusted. If this happens, registered students will be contacted with updated information and available options.

Safety Matters Corp will provide registered students with confirmation and any important class instructions using the contact information provided during registration. Please make sure your email address and phone number are entered correctly.

Our courses are offered in English and Spanish. Courses in other languages are available upon request. Please send us an email for more information.

Contact Safety Matters Corp as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. Rescheduling, transfers, credits, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the registration and cancellation policies applicable to your course.

Please do not assume that missing a class automatically transfers your registration to another date.

OSHA and SST training serve different purposes. OSHA courses focus on workplace safety and hazard awareness, while Site Safety Training (SST) requirements apply to workers and supervisors at certain construction sites covered by New York City requirements. The training you need will depend on your job, role, previous training, and worksite requirements.

Yes. Depending on your existing training and the courses you still need, individual SST courses may be available. We also offer course combinations and training options for individuals working toward applicable SST requirements. Contact us if you are unsure which courses you still need.

Students should bring a valid photo ID and any additional documents specified in their registration or confirmation instructions. Please arrive on time and review your course instructions before attending.

A certificate is typically awarded for completing a shorter course or program, while a diploma is awarded for completing a longer and more comprehensive program.

Yes, we do travel to construction sites and companies that prefer a private class within their vicinity. 

Yes. Students who successfully complete an OSHA course and meet all course requirements will receive an official OSHA completion card. Processing times may vary.

Processing times depend on the type of course, certificate, or card being issued and any applicable issuing requirements. Safety Matters Corp will provide information about expected processing after successful course completion.
